Most orders to the USA are shipped through either UPS or USPS depending on availability. For international orders, we look for the most affordable rate between Fedex, USPS, UPS and DHL before choosing a provider. If you find that your product is not in terrific condition, then please contact us with a picture of the damages or errors and we will happily send you a brand new one.

Every order is manufactured in our facilities in the United States of America. We ship each of our orders from our warehouse based in Michigan, USA.

Will I get a tracking number?

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
