Return Policy

You can rest assured that your order is protected by our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. We are so confident that you will love your Moments Engraved home decor item that we offer a full 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@momentsengraved.com to arrange for a return authorization.  We will provide a return shipping label.  If we paid for your original shipping, return freight will be deducted from your refund.  If you paid for the original shipping, we will cover the return freight.  All products must be new and in original condition.

Cancellations

Since all orders are sent immediately to production, we cannot allow the cancellation of an order once it has been placed. 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your quality expectations, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@momentsengraved.com within 10 days of receiving your item to report any damage.  We can not consider damage claims made more than 10 days after delivery.

Personalization

Due to the personalized nature of some of our products, it is important for you to input your order exactly as you would like to see it.  Your order will be produced to your specifications.  Fonts and final engravings on monograms may vary slightly from what you see on the website due to the personalized nature of these products. All personalized pieces will only be produced with all CAPITAL letters. No adjustments can be made to use lowercase letters.
